Ibento Events Management is Kasumi and Toni, a team passionate about supporting small businesses.
With a combined experience of 15 years in marketing and events planning, their aim is to provide platforms and opportunities for SMEs to reach a wider audience.
Ibento Events Management is committed to providing exceptional event services that are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
Involved in every stage of the process, from proposal and planning through to on-site event management, the team will ensure all events run smoothly and meet objectives.
Organising and facilitating markets and events, Toni and Kasumi champion small, local businesses in Surrey and beyond providing opportunities for these businesses to showcase their goods.
In addition to Christmas markets, Spring Craft Fairs and other events, the team have also managed a local music festival, large scale Christmas events and a historical market with over 80 craft and gift stalls.
They have also led on cultural celebration events and facilitated successful networking events.
Clients include Enjoy Sutton BID, Hotel du Vin Cannizaro House , Sports clubs, Discover Twickenham BID and Feasty Fest.

We are excited to announce our new partnership with FeastyFest for 2025.
The biggest Food and Music festival in South West London, being held on September 13th & 14th. Ibento Events will be providing the Marketplace to support the event and local businesses, comprising 3 sections of Fine Foods, Artisan Crafts and a Social Space.
This space will be a free to enter area, lining the entrance to the festival, allowing local non festival goers access to the products and services on offer.
